Communication with them is easy -- 0800 telephone numbers, individual e-mail addresses and now an even more comprehensive website -- and their expertise in dealing with the cruise line companies takes almost all the pain out of making a booking. The team are very knowledgeable in all aspects of cruising. Robin, the Managing Director and owner, always makes himself available to his clients for advice and to accept comments. My personal adviser with the company (Cathy) a charming young lady, along with her colleagues leave nothing to chance- they take away all the frustration that can arise with, air travel, transfers, hotels, etc.
